IFPP
Mission Statement
IFPP collaborated with the Project Statecraft and its Centre of International Relations to host two events in our speaker series, exploring pressing global issues through a South Asian lens. The first session focused on hydropolitics in South Asia, examining the geopolitical and environmental dimensions of transboundary water governance. The second delved into the global economic implications of Trump's tariffs on multilateral trade, analysing how shifting U.S. trade policy could impact India and the wider region.
IFPP, in collaboration with the Ashoka Society for International Affairs, hosted its first on-ground speaker session at Ashoka University featuring award-winning journalist and author Nayanima Basu. The session explored her frontline experiences as a foreign affairs correspondent during the Taliban’s takeover of Kabul in 2021, offering students a rare behind-the-scenes look at diplomacy, conflict reporting, and global power dynamics.
IFPP and ORCA partnered to host the first event in our Speaker Series, featuring Ms Ahana Roy and her research articles on LGBTQ+ inclusion in China.
