Global Advisory Council

Singh is an Indian geopolitical analyst affiliated with CUTS International, including its Washington DC Center, where he works on global economic and strategic issues. He has led and contributed to numerous international projects, events, and dialogues, particularly in the Indo-Pacific. Singh holds degrees in law and international relations, and previously served as Assistant Professor of IR at Vivekananda Global University. He writes regularly for national and international platforms on global affairs, defence, and foreign policy, and hosts CUTS’ YouTube channel, CUTS Adda.

Tridivesh Singh Maini is a New Delhi-based Policy Analyst associated with The Jindal School of International Affairs, OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana. He is a former SAV Visiting Fellow (Winter 2016) with the Stimson Centre, Washington DC. Mr Maini was also a Public Policy Scholar with The Hindu Centre for Politics and Public Policy, Chennai (November 2013-March 2014). He was also an Asia Society India-Pakistan Regional Young Leaders Initiative (IPRYLI) Fellow (2013-2014).

His research interests include India’s ties with its extended neighbourhood (with a focus on Gulf and Iran), geo-economics in South Asia and the role of India’s states in economic diplomacy. Maini is a regular contributor for a number of publications including — The Geopolitics, The Rise,  South Asia Monitor and Modern Diplomacy.

Dr. Anita Pinheiro is an interdisciplinary researcher with academic training, research, and teaching experience in biological and social sciences. She holds a PhD in Science Policy Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Previously, Anita taught at the School of Global Affairs, Dr B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi, and the Department of Environmental Studies at Ashoka University.

Anita’s research focuses on science-policy interfaces, knowledge politics, justice, and place-based considerations in agri-food system transitions and climate actions. 

Reetuparna Vishwanath is a PhD Fellow in Economics at HEC Lausanne and a researcher with the CompNet team at the Halle Institute of Economic Research, Germany. She holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute, Switzerland, and an MSc in Economics from Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland.

Her work combines rigorous quantitative methods with applied economic analysis, and her research interests include economics, finance, analytics, consulting, and policy-oriented research. Beyond academia, she is a nationally recognised classical Odissi dancer and a National Scholarship holder from the Government of India since 2011.

Dr. Aishwarya Singh Raikwar is an Assistant Manager in the Ministry of Tourism's Vibrant Villages Programme (VVP) Cell, Government of India. With over five years of expertise in government advising, consulting, and academia, she is also a dedicated researcher, focusing on the Blue Economy and Maritime Tourism in the Indo-Pacific region. Her passion for oceans drives her commitment to addressing global challenges like climate change, maritime security, sustainable development, and international relations.

Dr. Raikwar has significantly contributed to India’s G-20 presidency, delivered a TEDx talk, and earned the prestigious Young Researcher Award at the Asian Tourism Research Conference. She is UGC-NET-qualified and a certified tourism professional, aspiring to advance research and make a meaningful impact on society through her work.
